I started a subscription, but my account still isn't Premium.

Depending on your payment method it could take a few minutes for us to process your payment. If after a few minutes your account has not been upgraded please contact us.

If you have made a payment but after logging in you notice your account is not Premium, please check if you are logged in to the correct account. You may have accidentally made two accounts. For example one by registering by email and another by registering with Google or Facebook. We try our best to link accounts in this case, but it's not always possible.

Please check your mailbox and check to which e-mail address we have sent the payment confirmation. Then double check you are logged in to your account registered to that same e-mail address.
