All documents undergo an initial system check before they are published. This initial check takes a few seconds and, if approved, the document(s) will be published.
If you are uploading documents in exchange for Premium days, any earned Premium days will be added to your account automatically.
However, depending on your university, or if any of your documents have been rejected and/or reported in the past, the system will process a second, more extensive check. This process can take up to 2 business days depending on the system backlog. If the documents are approved, they will be published.
In case you are selling your documents, once the review is complete, you will receive an email stating one of three options:
- You have been paid in full via PayPal
- You have been sent a counteroffer
- Your documents have been rejected
However, if the system determines that your document does not meet our criteria, you will be notified via email and the document will be deleted. We do not publish materials to our platform which have been previously deleted and do not meet our criteria.
