Whenever you upload documents to sell on our platform, your documents will be checked by our system and an estimated quote will be determined based on the file type and document category.
By accepting the estimate, your documents will undergo a more intensive check by the system which includes comparing the uniqueness against our database and billions of other web pages and archives.
This process takes 1-2 business days, which are Monday through Friday, not including public holidays and weekends. If you upload more documents before our team has the chance to react to your previous offer, this process will start again.
For this reason, we always recommend you upload your documents at the same time. Not only does this simplify the process, the system will also provide you with a more realistic quote and, most importantly, you will avoid any delay in receiving your payment.
Once the second system review is complete, you will receive an email stating one of three options:
- You have been paid in full via PayPal
- You have been sent a counteroffer
- Your documents have been rejected
