You can upload your documents via any PC or laptop. You cannot upload via a mobile device or from our app. If you attempt to upload documents from a mobile device, you will be asked to provide your email address and an upload link will be sent to you via email. You can use the link when you’re at a PC or on your laptop.
We recommend using the most updated version of Chrome when uploading your materials. If you are using another browser, we suggest switching to Chrome before you initiate your upload.
If you experience any other difficulties uploading, or if the page appears to be freezing, we recommend you check the following and try again:
- Clear cookies/cache
- Ensure all the detail fields have been entered (title, description etc.)
- Disable/remove browser extensions such as Adblock, Ghostery and uBlock
