- Use a PC or laptop: You can only upload documents from a PC or laptop. Mobile devices and our app do not support direct uploads. If you attempt to upload from a mobile device, we will send you an upload link via email for use on a PC or laptop.
- Recommended browser: For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome when uploading your materials. If you're using a different browser, we suggest switching to Chrome before initiating the upload.
- Troubleshooting tips: If you encounter difficulties or the page freezes during the upload process, try the following:
- Clear cookies/cache.
- Ensure all required fields (title, description, etc.) are filled in.
- Disable or remove browser extensions like Adblock, Ghostery, and uBlock.
