StuDocu will only charge you if you have signed up for a paid, Premium subscription.
If you do not have a subscription with your current account, it means that you have another account with us. It is possible that you have an account with another email address, Facebook or Google, which has an active Premium subscription.
Once you have located the account with the Premium subscription, you can unsubscribe via the Subscription Page and no further deductions will be made. You will retain Premium access for the period you have paid for.
