When you sign up for a Premium subscription you agree that StuDocu can deduct the agreed amount from the bank account you have provided.
If you do not see an active Premium subscription on the Payments Page, it means you have another account with us.
Please double check you are logged into the correct account. It is possible that you have an account with another email address, Facebook or Google+ which has an active Premium subscription.
Once you have located the account with the Premium subscription, you can unsubscribe via the Payments Page and no further deductions will be made. You will retain Premium access for the period you have paid for.
