It can take up to five minutes for your account to be upgraded to Premium. If your account is not upgraded within this time frame, we kindly ask you to double check that the payment was successful and that you are logged into the correct account.
It is possible that you have an account with another email address, Facebook or Google+.
If the payment was successful and the account is correct, please contact us with the Transaction ID of the payment so we may investigate further for you.
