All uploaded documents undergo an initial system check before they are published and any Premium access is added to your account. This initial check takes a few seconds and, if approved, the document(s) will be published and any earned Premium days will be added to your account automatically. You will receive a notification when the document has been approved.
If any of your documents have been rejected, deleted or reported in the past, your uploads will undergo additional checks by our system to ensure the upload meets our criteria. This process can take 24-48 hours. If approved, any earned Premium days will be added to your account automatically. You will receive a notification when the document has been approved.
In some cases, your document will not be approved by our system because it does not meet our criteria. If this happens, and you believe your document should have been accepted, you can request a manual review.
