If you have already downloaded study materials or viewed any content since the payment was made, please note that a refund may only be available as a partial refund. In such cases, our Customer Support team can investigate the possibility of a partial refund. To request this, please contact us via our support page.
Before contacting our customer service, please remember the following points:
- If you have already enjoyed the 30-day free trial, you are not eligible to take the trial again.
- If you attempt to sign up for the trial again, you will be notified that you have already used your trial and are about to sign up for the paid subscription.
- If you proceed with the subscription, you will be charged according to the selected subscription model.
