Studocu’s mission is to help students excel in their studies and in life. We aim to promote lifelong learning and engage every student with the learning process by giving them the tools to study more efficiently.
Created by students for students, Studocu understands that not all students have the same access to study materials. We wanted to create an open platform where all students in the world can discuss academic subjects, share practice questions, summaries and lecture notes in an open and efficient way, accessible for students and teachers.
Whilst sharing your own study materials and notes is perfectly legal, what you are allowed to share depends more on your university guidelines than any general rule. Some universities and professors have stricter guidelines on what information can be shared outside of their institution, even if it is your own work.
As we do not know the specific guidelines for your university, we recommend you check what has been communicated to you with regards to sharing your notes with other students. Most universities will have this information available via their portal.
Please bear in mind, when you upload documents to Studocu you agree that you have full rights and permission from the author(s) to share the document on our platform.
