It’s not possible to reinstate a deleted account.
If you have uploaded documents to your profile, you will not be able to access them, or they cannot be moved to the new account. But be assured that you still have the right to choose whether to leave them on our platform or delete them.
If you wish to delete them from our platform, please reach out to our Customer Support team, from the email address of your former account, with the URLs to the documents you wish to take down.
