When you sign up for a trial on Studocu, your account will automatically convert to a paid Premium subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. This is part of the terms and conditions you agree to during signup. If the trial is not canceled before it ends, the subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method.
Under Studocu’s subscription policy, full refunds are not available once Premium features have been used after the payment is made.
If you’re not eligible for a full refund, Studocu offers an alternative for users on annual plans. You can switch to a shorter plan, such as a quarterly subscription, and receive a partial refund for the price difference. This lets you keep Premium access for the remainder of your paid period.
