There are a few steps to follow if you don’t see the upgrade to Premium:
After completing your purchase, please allow up to 5 minutes for your account to be upgraded to Premium. You can then verify your subscription status by visiting the Subscription page in your account.
Double-check if the payment was successful. Some payment methods can take up to 24 hours to process. If your payment is still pending, verify with your bank or the payment method you used.
Double-check if you are logged into the correct account.
If the payment was successful and the account is correct, please contact our Support team via the Contact page, with the Transaction ID of the payment so we may investigate further for you.
