You can cancel your Premium account at any time from the Subscription page, and no further action will be taken. After you cancel, you will retain Premium access for the period you have already paid for.
If you delete your account, any active subscription will be cancelled immediately, and you will not be charged again. Any remaining Premium access will be lost.
To avoid getting charged for another payment cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled payment date.
If you cannot see the option to cancel your Premium subscription, please make sure you are logged into the correct account used to purchase the subscription. Subscriptions are linked to the account used at the time of purchase.
It is also possible that your subscription has already been cancelled. In that case, the cancel option will no longer appear, and your Subscription page will instead show the end date of your current Premium access.
Please note that if you have used features that are exclusive to the Premium paid subscription, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund.
