You are eligible for a full refund if you have not used any Premium features and the charge was made within the last 6 months. Once a Premium feature has been used, the subscription is considered used and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Please note: We do not offer partial refunds for these types of subscriptions. Full refunds for mobile app subscriptions must be requested directly through Apple or Google Play, as they handle all billing and in-app purchase refunds.
