If you haven't used any Premium features by downloading documents or viewing content since the payment was made, you are eligible for a full refund.
You are not eligible for a full refund when:
- You have already downloaded or viewed any study materials since the payment was made
- The bank charge is older than 6 months
Please note this is a service you have voluntarily opted into and thus agreed to the associated charges, so we are only able to refund the most recent charge.
