We’re sorry you haven’t received your refund yet. Generally speaking, the refund should not take longer than 10 business days to arrive in your account. However, this is dependent on both of our banks.
If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team. They will provide you with a Refund Letter or the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). With that information, you can present it to your bank and they will be able to track the refund and provide you with a more accurate timeframe as to when you will receive it.
If this is not the case, please ask your bank to provide a certified letter confirming that the refund has not reached the account. Once we receive this confirmation, we will be happy to investigate the case further with our financial provider.
