Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on both our bank and your bank.
If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team. They can provide you with a Refund Letter or the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). With this information, your bank will be able to track the refund and give you a more accurate timeframe for when it will arrive.
If your bank is unable to locate the refund, please ask them to provide a certified letter confirming that the funds have not been received. Once we receive this confirmation, we will be happy to investigate the case further with our financial provider.
