Before contacting our customer service, please remember the following :
- If you have already enjoyed the free trial, you are not eligible to take the trial again.
- If you attempt to sign up for the trial again, you will be notified that you have already used your trial and are about to sign up for the paid subscription.
- If you proceed with the subscription, you will be charged according to the selected subscription model.
If you have already downloaded study materials or viewed any content since the payment was made, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund to you on this occasion.
A refund may only be available as a partial refund. But this only applies to users who subscribed to the annual subscription. To request this, please get in touch with us via our support page.
If you subscribed to the quarterly subscription, unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a partial refund as we don't offer a plan for a shorter period.
