Please note that this only applies to users who have signed up for an annual subscription.
Please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:
- The email address(es) you have created a Studocu account with
- The Transaction ID or the invoice ID
- A screenshot clearly showing the charge and date (please remember to cover any sensitive information)
- The payment method used (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple ID etc.)
- The last 4 digits of the card charged (if applicable)
