Please note that this only applies to users who have signed up for an annual subscription on Studocu Web or Studocu AI. Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for users who subscribed via the Studocu Mobile App.
Please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:
- The email address(es) you have used to create a Studocu account with
- The Transaction ID or the invoice ID
- A screenshot clearly showing the charge and date (please remember to cover any sensitive information)
- The payment method used (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple ID etc.)
- The last 4 digits of the card charged (if applicable)
