In some instances, we might exceptionally grant a refund if you have forgotten to cancel your subscription in time.
Please remember that if you have made use of the Premium features since the payment was made, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
We can offer you a partial refund, depending on your case:
- If you subscribe to the annual subscription, you will be able to receive a partial refund. To request this, please get in touch with us via our support page.
- If you subscribed to the quarterly subscription, unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a partial refund as we don't offer a plan for a shorter period.
