To request a refund, please fill out our refund form in the Payment or Subscription section of our contact page.
Refunds may be provided under certain conditions. They are usually returned to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to process.
To make the process more efficient and smooth, make sure to provide the following info:
The email address(es) you have created a Studocu account with
The Transaction ID or the invoice ID
A screenshot clearly showing the charge and date (please remember to cover any information)
The payment method used (e.g. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
The last 4 digits of the card charged (if applicable)
