Partial refunds are only accessible to users who have signed up for an annual subscription on the website. We do not offer partial refunds for users who subscribed via the Studocu Mobile App.
Please get in touch with our Customer Support team via the contact page with the following information:
- The email address(es) you have used to create a Studocu account with
- The transaction ID or the invoice ID
- A screenshot clearly showing the charge and date (please remember to cover any sensitive information)
- The payment method used (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple ID etc.)
- The last 4 digits of the card charged (if applicable)
