Please remember that if you have made use of the Premium features since the payment was made, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.
We can offer you a partial refund, depending on your case:
If you have an annual subscription via Studocu Web or Studocu AI, you may be eligible for a partial refund. To request this, please get in touch with us via our support page.
- If you subscribed to the quarterly subscription, unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a partial refund as we don't offer a plan for a shorter period.
